On December 23, 1999, Costech Microanalytical Ltd was officially registered in Estonia.

The basis of the future company Costech Microanalytical Ltd was made by specialists who have gained extensive experience in the development of analytical equipment in the Special Design Bureau (from 1963 to 2003) of the Estonian Academy of Sciences. Since the 90s, a period of joint work with foreign specialists in the manufacture and supply of equipment to European markets began.
